Overview

I designed the UX and UI for the LEGENDS Custom Team website. LEGENDS sells custom athletic uniforms, and I wanted the site to feel as bold as the brand.

My biggest goal was making shopping simple. Athletes, coaches and teams should be able to pick their sport, find a uniform they like, and get around the site without having to think about it.

To get there, I used big sports photography, clean type, simple navigation and layouts that put the products first, and I designed everything to work on desktop and mobile.

Design decisions

Design highlights

Decision 01

UX/UI design

I designed an interface that keeps LEGENDS’ bold, athletic look without getting in the way of shopping.

Decision 02

Layout & visual hierarchy

Big sports photos, clean type and clear sections, so the most important content is always obvious.

Decision 03

Sport-based navigation

Customers start by picking their sport, which takes them straight to the right uniforms.

Decision 04

Product discovery

I organized the product displays so it’s easy to compare uniform styles and see what’s available.

Decision 05

Team showcase

A photo section of real teams wearing LEGENDS, so customers can see the uniforms in action. It builds trust, too.

Decision 06

Responsive design

I designed every page to work just as well on a phone as it does on desktop.

Wireframe to final

The first image is my original wireframe, where I worked out the page structure and where everything would go. The second is the final design.
